Secure Document Upload Instructions
Please follow these steps to securely send us your documents. Our upload form is designed to protect your files and ensure that only authorized staff can access them.
Step 1: Open the Upload Form

You can access the form from any device — computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Step 2: Fill in Your Details
Enter your name, email address, and any other required information.
Providing accurate details helps us identify your submission and follow up if needed.
Step 3: Upload Your Files
There are three upload fields available — you can use one or all three.
Accepted file types include PDF, Word, Excel, or image files (JPG, PNG).
If you have multiple documents, you can either combine them into a single ZIP or PDF file before uploading, or attach them separately using the three upload fields.
Step 4: Review and Submit
Check that all your details are correct and that your files are properly attached.
Click “Submit” when you are ready to send your documents.
Step 5: Confirmation and Secure Access
